Adam SkoylesAdam Skoyles started his postsecondary studies at the University of Windsor where he obtained both his BSc (Hons) and MSc in Environmental Science. His previous research was focused on characterizing a sustainable biotechnology that was used to reduce excessive nutrients in municipal wastewater. During his studies, he developed an appreciation for the complexity of environmental issues, which gave him the desire to continue his studies and broaden his research experience. This led him to pursue a PhD in Planning at the University of Waterloo. Adam’s current research interests include ecology, environmental planning, and human behaviour, with a focused lens on understanding issues of health and sustainability in human-environmental systems.
